60-minute private group training for friends, neighbours, co-workers, or community groups in your backyard, kitchen, condo party room, or other suitable setting. Supportive, welcoming, and tailored to all fitness levels. Equipment provided as needed.

2 personal training sessions weekly, personalized movement plan, increased accountability support, and faster progress adjustments.

Sessions are primarily in your home or preferred setting. 

Virtual coaching available for ongoing clients or by request.

Life Loop Method

A structured coaching system designed to help you organize the clutter of life, create clarity around what matters most, and build momentum without burnout. Using the Life Loop framework, we pull everything “out of the drawer,” simplify what’s pulling at your attention, and create a weekly structure that actually works for your real life. Less clutter. More momentum.
