My mission is to help people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies in a way that actually fits their life. I work with people who want to move better, feel better, and build strength without pressure, intimidation, or one-size-fits-all programs. My mission is to help people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies in a way that actually fits their life. I work with people who want to move better, feel better, and build strength without pressure, intimidation, or one-size-fits-all programs. I believe progress comes from understanding the individual — their goals, their history, and what matters to them — and creating an environment where they feel supported, capable, and in control. My goal is not just to guide workouts, but to help people build trust in themselves and feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

My Approach

My approach is highly individualized and built in real time around each person. I don’t follow pre-set programs — I observe, ask questions, and adjust constantly based on how something feels and what the body is telling us. We focus on building strong foundations first: control, awareness, and movement quality. From there, we progress at

I don’t follow pre-set programs — I observe, ask questions, and adjust constantly based on how something feels and what the body is telling us. We focus on building strong foundations first: control, awareness, and movement quality. From there, we progress at a pace that feels both challenging and sustainable. I create a space where feedback is encouraged, nothing is forced, and every session is a collaboration. I explain the “why” behind what we’re doing, keep things practical and approachable, and make sure it feels good to move. The goal is simple — help you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in your own body.

Whether we’re lifting weights, walking outdoors, building healthier habits, or simply learning to trust your body again, my coaching is designed to meet you where you are. This is a space to try new things, ask questions, move without judgment, and build strength with curiosity instead of pressure. Progress doesn’t come from perfection — 

Whether we’re lifting weights, walking outdoors, building healthier habits, or simply learning to trust your body again, my coaching is designed to meet you where you are. This is a space to try new things, ask questions, move without judgment, and build strength with curiosity instead of pressure. Progress doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from showing up, learning, and continuing anyway.


One-on-one training, walk + strength sessions, small group fitness, and wellness coaching are all designed to support real-life progress.

Why LuliLovesLife

LuliLovesLife was built from my own journey of rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in my body.
‘Luli’ (pronounced 'luh-lee') was a childhood nickname and, in many ways, this brand became a return to that version of myself — curious, hopeful, and full of life. 

Now, I help women reconnect with themselves again.


About My Approach

I know how intimidating fitness can feel when you’re starting over, rebuilding confidence, or trying to trust your body again. My coaching focuses on helping people feel stronger in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable, not overwhelming.
