Absolutely not. You do not need to be fit before working with me. I work with women at many different stages, whether you’re brand new to exercise, rebuilding confidence, or returning after time away. We’ll set goals together and build from where you are now. The sessions are about supporting your goals — not forcing mine onto you.
It can if you want it to. 😉 But my coaching style is not about punishment or pushing you past your limits. I want you to leave feeling challenged, supported, and stronger than when you walked in. You might feel muscles you haven’t used in a while, but the goal is progress — not pain.
I want to know all about any injuries, limitations, pain, or concerns before we begin. Understanding your body and your history helps me create sessions that feel safe, supportive, and realistic for you. My approach is about working with your body, building strength gradually, and helping you move with more confidence — not pushing through pain.
Perfect. I actually love working with beginners. You do not need to know what you’re doing before you start — that’s my job. We’ll learn together, move at your pace, and focus on building confidence along the way. You’ll probably be introduced to a few new ‘toys’ and exercises, but the goal is for you to feel empowered, supported, and more comfortable in your body and the gym environment over time.
Absolutely. I offer Walk & Strength, Friends & Fitness as well as Social Fitness sessions for friends, couples, and small groups who want to move together. One-on-one personal training is kept individual so I can focus fully on you and your goals, but group sessions can be a fun and supportive way to build strength, confidence, and connection together.
Consistency can be hard, especially when life gets busy or overwhelming. Lasting progress isn’t built through motivation alone. It comes from finding realistic ways to keep moving, building confidence, and creating routines that fit your actual life. Our sessions give you a place to keep showing up, learn what works for you, and build from there.
Personal training is an investment, but it’s about much more than simply counting reps. You’re getting individualized guidance, real-time adjustments, encouragement, and workouts designed for your body, goals, and comfort level. My goal is to help you feel supported and challenged while building the knowledge and confidence to move well on your own.
No. Movement is an important part of what I do, but my approach also considers mindset, habits, confidence, and the realities of everyday life. My goal is to help you build strength and feel more capable, while finding practical ways to make movement and wellness fit into your life.
Luli is pronounced ‘luh-lee.’ It was a childhood nickname and, in many ways, this brand became a return to that version of myself — curious, hopeful, creative, and full of life. LuliLovesLife grew into a space centered around movement, mindset, growth, and real-life wellness.
